Learning to move your body with ease and confidence is a challenge to us all ~ but establishing physical and emotional habits at a young age through something like yoga, can be incredibly beneficial for children.
Mindfulness for Kids.
By encouraging our children to establish and embrace mindful habits at a young age, we are giving them a gift that will continue to contribute to their health and wellbeing for their entire lives.
Sharing and Connecting.
By giving our children the opportunity to practice yoga with their peers, we give them the chance to see and understand how others move and feel and to learn to truly respect and value each other.
